Since our Qualtrics account is Standard Account, we found --> Qtip: File Upload is an add-on feature not included in the standard Qualtrics license. Please contact your Qualtrics Account Executive<https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/getting-started/help-and-feedback/#AEsandCSMs> for more information
Could you help us? what should we do to have the file upload feature, if we have to upgrade our account, then please inform us the pricelist

I use a Dropbox File Request panel in an iframe or you could use it as a link.
It provides a drag and drop interface to uploading files.
