Hi everyone. I’m a Salesforce admin and I’m trying to learn how to use Qualtrics and integrate it with Salesforce. Most of the online resources I’ve found are pretty old and reference things like Salesforce workflows and Salesforce Classic. Does anyone know of videos or tutorials that use Salesforce Flows and Salesforce Lightning?
I’m also curious if I need to select “Contact fields to send” when I’m creating the new Salesforce Outbound Message?
