How to send survey in contact preferred language in salesforce?

We have a requirement to send surveys from salesforce as per contacts preferred language(this is a custom field with language codes).
Translated survey in Qualtrics in different languages and also created email template and translated to different languages. I can say I am stuck here on mapping contact preferred language. I am planning to add contact preferred language as below in the survey url, but not sure how can I map custom field from salesforce contact object.

Are you using workflows to send surveys through SF workflow outbound message?
If so, in your Distribute Survey Task in Qualtrics's workflow, you'll just map the language code field you created (e.g. DE, EN-GB, EN, FR, etc.) to the Language embedded data (see below).
