I’ve embedded the survey into a webpage. If the press “take the quiz” the survey would start. In some cases the questions just appear normally, in others i get "click the button to continue the survey in qualtrics" . A lot of my users are older and not very tech savy, so the extra click might be confusing them, especially since they have to scroll. Any idea what we can do about it?

I faced the same issue but after some research i understood it was related to Qualtrics Bot Detection system. This security feature analyzes respondent behavior for signs of immediate clicks or unnatural movement, which could indicate bot activity. Only some respondents may see this page, as it serves as a filter to detect and prevent bot interference.

Any other ideas on this issue? When I first saw it (in some instances of opening the survey), I turned off the bot option, and it seemed to resolve the issue. Now I am again seeing “Click the button to continue to the survey.”
