Non-matching Participant IDs between SONA and Qualtrics

Dear Q community,
When I look at my participants in SONA they have a survey ID number next to their name (i.e, Jane Smith (Survey ID 13445). However that number does not match anything on the Qualtrics data file (e.g., the columnRespodne ID would be something like:
image.pngSo, at this stage, I do not know which of the participants who signed up to do the study have completed it and who have not. Any help on this will be much apreciated.

I don't know what SONA is, but check the ExternalDataReference column.
