Hi,
We would like to trigger a task in Salesforce that would include filling in a survey.
Is it possible to have an anonymous link inserted in the Task description with a query string which would "pick up" the "Related to" ID, so the response can be mapped in the correct place?

Are you trying to trigger a survey to be sent to a customer based off of a task completion? Or map responses back to a task?
Either way- with the Salesforce integration it is pretty much point and click. If you set up a workflow based off of conditions set in a Task, you will find any and all data associated with the task gets sent to qualtrics, and is tied to your respondent via embedded data. So all of that SF information is there and waiting so you can send whatever it is you need back to SF for use along with the survey responses!

@Kate I think I didn't explain what we want correctly :)
We want, for example, every time an opportunity is closed to start a task for the Owner to complete a survey.
In the Task description we want to put an anonymous link with a query string that will pick us the Opportunity ID, so we can identify what Opportunity the feedback is related to and map the Owner's responses under the Opportunity in question.
