Hi there,
I am working on a solution where customer gets their single response of a survey as a link to there Salesforce (SFSC) "Case" object, field "Attachment_URL__c", using ${srr://SingleResponseReportLink?ttl=0}.
So I'm wondering if we can beautify the appearence of the fully qualified displayed link on SFSC side using the Qualtrics connector?
Did anyone has faced such a demand and found a solution? Something like: Survey response which doesn't work for me. But something similiar.
I am open minded for ideas.
