We have a Salesforce case record type which can have up to 4 client contacts associated to it. We’d like to be able to survey each contact individually. We have been able to setup the Salesforce Flow to successfully survey the primary contact via Outbound message, but we haven’t been able to survey any of the additional contacts on the case (i.e. additional contact 1, additional contact 2, etc which are contact lookup fields). Has anyone ran into a similar issue? My gut feeling is that we need a separate Outbound Message setup per contact field. Thank you!
