Hi,
I am trying to setup integration between Qualtrics and SuccessFactors. Employee Directory export is completed successfully but I always get errors when I tried to configure Email Surveys (survey for employees termination).
So my question is do you need to have SSO for this integration to work correctly?
Because I followed administration guide, some videos I found and blogs and everything is setup. We are just missing the SSO part and I dont know if it is must have.

Laura_Sturdikova Hopefully not, but are the Participant Invite email errors still an issue for you?
For the record, you do not need SSO for an Employee Directory Import Automation, Participant Import Automation, and Participant Invite (Message) Automation to function correctly. These three capabilities in Qualtrics all work independent of SSO.
