unable to login in the Qualtrics application from a group

We have a default group in Azure Entra with all the users unable to login in the Qualtrics application. Users belong to the group only able to login when we are toggling the option "Assignment required?" as "No"  from the properties in Azure side [ this is not the desired or recommended configuration ]. Could you please advise whether there are any additional configurations required on either the Qualtrics side or the Azure AD/Entra ID side to ensure that all users who are members of the assigned group can successfully access the application while keeping “Assignment required?” set to Yes?

just to add one more info to dig deeper into it that firstly it was working till yesterday. After one configuration changed to add a new group claim in azure. then again that claim has been removed. but now users not able to log in
