We received an export from Qualtrics with the topics that were implemented in XM Discover. The goal is to use these topics in our regular project Text iQ. However, I am concerned that this file may not be formatted in a way that will yield positive results in Text iQ. We can’t export topics from XM Discover as a JSON file. You can only export CSV or XML. We tried converting this to JSON and importing it but didn’t work which I believe is due to the fact that the format is completely different. I would really appreciate if someone can help here. Thank you!

Hi Pri. Unfortunately, the XM Discover topic export fileis completely separate from the Text iQ file format. You cannot simply import your Discover fileinto Text iQ or make small changes to allow it to be imported. The topic rule configuration functionality in Discover is more complex so there is not a simple 1 to 1 way to transfer it to Text iQ. The rules wouldneed to be reviewed and re-written for Text iQ. It would be incredible if there were some tool to make that process easier, but I have not found one yet.Tagging @AlonsoChere to make sure this is on the product team’s awareness. This is a big issue as more features are developed for Engage dashboards/Text iQ and we start trying to transition away from Discover.
