How to keep imported data in correct order in Text iQ

I have data I in an Imported Data project I want to review with Text iQ. Text iQ only sorts by recorded date and when I import my CSV multiple rows will have the same recorded date and time so the order is not maintained when I look at text iq. I don’t have access to API, is there a way to import that will cause each row to have it’s own recorded time? Is there a way with an extract workflow if I go from one data project to another? I have a custom field in the file that indicates order.

Instead of using an imported project, try using a new survey. Create a embedded data in the survey flow. And then import the data under data& analysis. Once you import, you will be able to view all the fields. Under recorded date, assign the embedded data you created. Now, you will be having all the recorded data as it was.
