How to use the anchored max diff question

Hi, We are getting ready to test a max diff with Qualtrics. I know there is the option to have a follow up question after each choice task that says something to the effect of "would you say all of these items are very important to not at all important." That way we can have a bit more perspective on whether something that is chosen as important might actually be important or just the most important of really unimportant items. But I am not clear on how to incorporate that anchored question into the analysis to perhaps adjust the final max diff results or at least tell me something useful. Thank you
