Is there any way to use Qulatrics Text iQ to analyze an excel data file?

Hi JRatcliff! The only things that can be put into Text iQ are JSON-formatted files that contain Text iQ topics. However, there is an option with CX Dashboards where you could upload a CSV as an external datasource and have an open text question there that can be referenced and pulled into Text iQ. If you have any questions about this, be sure to follow up with our wonderful Support team, as they are best equipped to help!
