Problem Uploading Translation File

Hi there!
I have had to download the translation file in my survey to translate some elements of my drill-down questions.
When I try to upload back the file into Qualtrics, I get an error. Looks like the format of the CSV I am trying to upload is not correct. Comparing my file with the initial one downloaded from Qualtrics, I see the language columns are within quotation marks.
Here on the left you can see the file directly downloaded from Qualtrics, while on the right my .csv already translated

Have you tried downloading the export of translations and making your edits in it and then importing it?

While downloading use the option of Unicode CSV instead of unicode text (excel). It will give you the correct format and you would not have to worry about the quotation marks.
