Avalara is looking for US-based Qualtrics SME (Contractor)

Hi Everyone –
Avalara is looking for a contractor to migrate our research from other survey tools into Qualtrics as well as review and enhance current surveys to better leverage Qualtrics capabilities. We are in the early stages and need your help to “ramp up”.
The assignment will start at ~10 hours per week with the expectation for the hours to expand with the possibility to convert to full-time employment (or 40 hours per week).
Initial responsibilities include:
·        Reviewing content and design of surveys currently on other platforms, then updating and migrating to the Qualtrics platform.
·        Updating surveys currently on Qualtrics to improve the respondent experience (e.g., improved workflow, enabling logic, etc.)
·        For new surveys, serve as main point of contact for technical implementation and design & documentation of requirements. (Leverage automated in-take process.)
·        Design/enhance and implement dashboards.
·        Clearly communicate solutions and timelines back to stakeholders.
 Future responsibilities to include:
·        Partner with other SMEs to develop, schedule and manage projects end-to-end including survey production, dashboard builds, iQ suite (e.g., Text iQ & Stats iQ), digital intercepts, automated workflows, system notifications and analysis reports.
·        Continuous learning and expansion of domain expertise by keeping up to date on new aspects of the Qualtrics Experience Management (XM) Platform and related solutions.
 Ideally, you are Qualtrics CoreXM certified and Qualtrics CX certified.
