As we refocus how we do business more towards our customers, the Research Platform Owner will create a new process for discovering and translating data into actionable insights with two primary areas of responsibility * Be the lead architect of our global Voice of Customer Survey strategy. * Own the Qualtrics Experience Management Platform, leading survey programming, data processing, and custom data runs to enhance understanding of the customer as part of an enterprise-wide CX transformation.
