Looking for Qualtrics expert with coding and design knowledge

Hi there,
I work for the University of Toronto. We're currently working on a project that requires specialized knowledge about Qualtrics and coding. Essentially, the things I want to achieve in my project are things I have been informed by the Qualtrics support staff, can't be done via Qualtrics without coding. If anyone is interested in a project (part-time, contract) that involves Qualtrics, Coding, and some Design elements, please write to anjana.dattani@rotman.utoronto.ca with the following information:
