Manulife is looking for VP Customer Experience. The VP will build strong relationships with key customers and distribution partners, which adds value and assists in the attraction of new sales and retention of business. They also need to monitor and proactively pivot their approach to developing trends that affect the business model. This includes awareness of technology, broader Segment projects, regulatory developments and competitor actions. In addition, the incumbent will be accountable for supporting our Halifax growth initiative and liaising with the Halifax economic development leaders.
