Mystic Lake Casino Hotel is looking for a Guest Experience Initiative Leader. Serves as the key point person to promote the SMSC Gaming Enterprise's vision as it relates to the Guest Experience. Advocates on behalf of guests with respect to product design, use and delivery. Maps our guest's journey/experience, collects feedback as it relates to a guest's experience, analyzes the feedback, and shares the results and recommendations with the wider organization. Provide operating divisions and departments, as well as executive management, critical Voice of the Guest information.
