Seeking a consultant

We are looking for a developer who can help us use the Qualtrics API. Our project involves two surveys, responses to the first creates questions for the second. We have a functional system developed from the user interface. Now we need to reproduce sections that are more complicated -- and we think javascript will be far less time consuming than the going through the user interface. Any suggestions about who may be available and interested in a small consulting job?
