The Senior Research Analyst participates in the identification, design, development and implementation of assigned projects. Assigned projects may be general or systems related in nature. Interfaces with internal and external resources to ensure successful and timely completion in accordance with user needs. 
The right candidate for this role:
Can demonstrate solid analytic skills and provide relevant experience (primary/secondary, qualitative and quantitative) using various research methods, sampling, types of analysis and methods.  Will have experience in reviewing, analyzing and summarizing data sets. Will know the basics of research methods and various analytic tools. Can identify and solve data integrity challenges or issues with research design). Will also have a solid knowledge of analytic tools and techniques (statistics, Qualtrics, Clarabridge, tableau or similar quantitative tools) to answer business questions.
