BX Dashboards
- BX Custom Metric Filters: If you’ve created a custom metric in a BX program, you will see additional options for specifying the filter behavior when metric-level and page-level filters are simultaneously applied.
- Funnel Widget Enhancements: Percentage indicators between each funnel level are now gray, not red.
- Avoid Being Marked as Spam: We have updated our IP ranges. Server admins should adjust allowlists accordingly.
- Quota Web Service Deprecation: The Trigger Web Service option has been removed from quota options. The same functionality can be achieved by setting up a web service element within the survey flow.
- Action Plan Metric Tracking (CX): Metric action planning allows users to measure the impact of strategic action-taking with metrics from their customer feedback dashboards.
- Online Reviews Widget: The “Social Ticker” widget in CX Dashboards has been renamed to the “Online Reviews” widget.
- Extract Employees from Workday Task: New task in workflows for importing employee data from Workday to use in your Qualtrics EX programs.
- Heat Map Visualizations (EX): New visualization for EX report templates to quickly analyze for high and low points across your organization or demographic groups.
- Look and Feel: The ability to customize project look and feel is currently disabled for all free accounts, including those on free trials of DesignXM.
- Blank Pages in Exports: PDF exports of reports will no longer include entirely blank pages. This update applies to 360 subject reports, the Reports tab of a survey project, and report templates in Engagement projects.
- Custom Metrics: You can now create custom metrics and display them in your reports. This update applies to 360 subject reports, the Reports tab of a survey project, and report templates in Engagement projects.
- Data Table Visualization: You can now transpose headers and rows in data tables. This update applies to 360 subject reports, the Reports tab of a survey project, and report templates in Engagement projects.
- Imputation in Stats iQ Regression: New regression cards will automatically have missing data filled in with estimated values. This results in a regression model with less bias that can better explain the variation in the outcome variable.
- Stats iQ Confidentiality: If your organization administrator has enabled Anonymity Thresholds for the entire organization, Stats iQ will automatically respect these thresholds when you run a Describe, Relate or Regression analysis on your EX dataset.
- CC/BCC Fields on Email Tasks: Users can now specify emails to CC and BCC on email tasks.
- Microsoft Excel Task: Automatically add new survey responses as new rows to an Excel Workbook.
- Success Factors Employee Extractor API Deprecation: The Extract Employee Data from SuccessFactors Task can now only be configured using the new SAP API. Any tasks created using the old API will have to be re-configured.
- Task Limit: You can now have up to 20 tasks per workflow.
- Add Contacts and Transactions to XMD Task: New workflows task that allows you to automatically add contact and transaction data to XM Directory.
- Relative Date Filters: Two new operators were added as options for date comparison in XM Directories: “In the past” and “In the next”. Users can now filter data by if the date was within the last X amount of days/weeks/months/years, or is in the next X amount of days/weeks/months/years. This functionality is available for advanced search, sampling, and segments.
- XM Directory Search Based on Survey Responses: Users can now filter contacts within XM Directory based on how these contacts responded to a specific survey. This includes searching based on responses to specific survey questions, survey response date, and number of responses to the survey.
- Support Portal Redesign: The new Support Portal streamlines the ticket submission process and radically improves the user interface for both usability and accessibility.
- Starting a Survey with a POST Request: New use case page on how to start a survey session using a POST request.
- ETX Technology Experience Assessment XM Solution: This new guided solution helps organizations understand how employees feel about the service and technology elements of their overall IT experience, enabling leaders to take action and implement improvements.
- Fields You Can Filter By: There is now a comprehensive list of all fields you can use within filters in XM Directory.
- Guided Solutions: There is now a comprehensive list of CX, EX, and DesignXM solutions available on this page.
- Using an Org Hierarchy Filter: The interface for org hierarchy filters in EX dashboards has been updated. Improvements include: accessibility functionality, an interface that clearly shows what data is displayed, a toggle for dashboard admins to allow the ability to select multiple units, and the ability to reset your filter selections with the click of one button.
- Experience ID Segment Events: As contacts are added to or removed from your segments, automatically set off notifications, tickets, and more.
