RECENT UPDATES | RELEASED ON OR BEFORE December 8, 2021CoreXMSelect Fields on First Run of Text iQ: Users now have the ability to select which fields to upload to Text iQ the first time it is loaded in a survey (Additional text fields can be added later).Website / App FeedbackIntercept approval: Requirements for intercept approval now apply to newer guided intercepts, like the responsive dialog, embedded feedback, feedback button, and mobile embedded feedback.CX DashboardsOrg Hierarchy for Account Management Command Center: Org hierarchies are now compatible with Account Management Command Center dashboards.TicketsAssigning Tickets: Now when you assign a ticket to a new owner, you will only be able to choose from the ticket group applied (if there is one).WorkflowsExtract data from SuccessFactors Task: When mapping SuccessFactors fields in a new workflow, the user interface will say whether the information you entered is a valid format. No action is needed at this time to change existing workflows.UPCOMING FEATURES* | STARTING ON AND AFTER December 15, 2021XM PlatformAdvanced Catalog Filtering: New filtering options have been added to the Catalog. Users can now use filter criteria to narrow their search, including Type of project, Use case, and XM category. Question library update: Now when you import questions or blocks to your survey from another library, the user interface has been visually refreshed. Valuable prebuilt content, such as the certified questions, are now easier to find.Results Dashboards: The Results tab in surveys has been redesigned. With this launch users will be able to create dashboard pages and widgets to display their survey data. Users can opt in to the new version of Results, and will have the option to switch back to the old version until September 5, 2022. After June 6, 2022, old Results-Reports will be read-only.WorkflowsExtract Data from Qualtrics File Service: Use workflows to extract data you’ve stored to the Qualtrics File Service and load it elsewhere in the platform, such as XM Directory.CX & EX DashboardsEnhanced Significance Testing: Enhancements to significance testing within Simple Charts in CX Dashboards, including the ability to perform significance testing across disjointed time periods, as well as significance testing across metrics. Accessible Widget Header, Details, and Actions: Widget headers, details, and actions for CX & EX Dashboards have been redesigned for accessibility. This feature will begin gradually rolling out December 8, 2021. It will be finished rolling out to all eligible customers by January 19, 2022. Reputation ManagementFacebook & Google for Reputation Management: The online reputation management project can now use Facebook or Google as a source.
