  • Quota Web Service Deprecation: The Trigger Web Service option has been removed from quota options. The same functionality can be achieved by setting up a web service element within the survey flow.

  • Workflows


  • CC/BCC Fields on Email Tasks: Users can now specify emails to CC and BCC on email tasks.

  • Success Factors Employee Extractor API Deprecation: The Extract Employee Data from SuccessFactors Task can now only be configured using the new SAP API. Any tasks created using the old API will have to be re-configured.

  • XM Directory


  • Add Contacts and Transactions to XMD Task: New workflows task that allows you to automatically add contact and transaction data to XM Directory.

  • XM Directory Search Based on Survey Responses: Users can now filter contacts within XM Directory based on how these contacts responded to a specific survey. This includes searching based on responses to specific survey questions, survey response date, and number of responses to the survey. 

  • Relative Date Filters: Two new operators were added as options for date comparison in XM Directories: “In the past” and “In the next”. Users can now filter data by if the date was within the last X amount of days/weeks/months/years, or is in the next X amount of days/weeks/months/years. This functionality is available for advanced search, sampling, and segments.
