Best Practices for XM Directory Contacts: New page detailing available methods for adding and updating contacts within XM Directory.

Distinctive Associations Widget (BX): The “Customize Data Visibility” option can be used for determining which data values to display in your Distinctive Associations Widget.

Developer Portal: You can now share extensions with organizations that don’t have brand admins. These extensions will be flagged as in “preview” and not officially certified by Qualtrics.

Logging In With Email: You can now log into your account with either your username or the email address associated with the account.
New Dashboards Experience: Dashboards have been redesigned for better accessibility, page management, and overall navigation.
Results Dashboards Report Pages: You can now generate a report page with statistics table widgets. You can also select multiple widgets from the available options to be included in the customizable report page.

Transaction Change Events within Experience ID Contact Change Event: You can now create workflows triggered by changes in contact transactions.
