CX Quickstart Program Guidance: Programs created from the CX foundational quickstart now display cards recommending the next best steps to set up your program. These cards further automate the setup process by taking you to specific places in the platform to complete the necessary tasks.

Frontline Reminders Widget (CX): The frontline reminder widget displays distribution data and allows non-admin users to send survey completion reminders directly from a dashboard with respondent funnel data.

Dashboard Viewer: The Dashboard Viewer app provides a standalone workspace for dashboard users to view and engage with the BX, DX, and CX dashboards they have access to. This feature will begin rolling out March 29, 2023. All customers will have the feature enabled by April 5, 2023.

Spotlight Insights (EX): You can now keep multiple runs of spotlight insights without the results getting overridden. Simply select a key metric, demographics, and comparison to generate new insights.
