CX

• CX Quickstart Program Guidance: Programs created from the CX foundational quickstart now display cards recommending the next best steps to set up your program. These cards further automate the setup process by taking you to specific places in the platform to complete the necessary tasks.

CX Dashboards

• Frontline Reminders Widget (CX): The frontline reminder widget displays distribution data and allows non-admin users to send survey completion reminders directly from a dashboard with respondent funnel data.

Dashboards

• Dashboard Viewer: The Dashboard Viewer app provides a standalone workspace for dashboard users to view and engage with the BX, DX, and CX dashboards they have access to. This feature will begin rolling out March 29, 2023. All customers will have the feature enabled by April 5, 2023.

EX

• Gap Charts & Agreement Charts (360): The gap and agreement charts in 360 reporting have been updated. You can now rearrange the order in which items appear in these visualizations.

• Idea Boards: This feature no longer requires SSO to use.

• Spotlight Insights (EX): You can now keep multiple runs of spotlight insights without the results getting overridden. Simply select a key metric, demographics, and comparison to generate new insights.

Stats iQ

• Stats iQ Updates: The “No Mentions” label for “Topic Mentions and Sentiment” variables in Stats iQ and Crosstabs can now be recoded and bucketed in Variable Settings. Imported Data Projects can also now be used in Predict iQ.

Workflows

• Twilio Segment Task: Update to the Twilio Segment task. You can now assign a randomized anonymous ID to track users who do not have an identifiable user ID.

EX

• Text iQ Table Widget (CX + EX): The Text iQ table widget is now available for EX dashboards.

XM Platform

• Project Approval: Project approvals can now be set at either a brand level or division level. This feature is launching on a monthly cadence. The majority of customers will have access to this feature beginning April 19, 2023.
