- Org Hierarchy Editor Improvements (EE): In addition to reliability improvements, uncommonly used unit tools have been removed to reduce redundancy and in-product messaging has improved. These changes are for engagement hierarchies only. This feature will be gradually rolled out to eligible customers starting May 18, 2022 and concluding June 6, 2022.
- Importing Evaluators from the Global Directory (360): Evaluators can now be imported to 360 projects from the global directory. All associated evaluator metadata will also be imported.
- Embedding Dashboard Widgets in Third Party Software: Added ability to embed dashboard widgets into ServiceNow. This functionality is already available for Salesforce.
- Japanese Stress Check Solution: This new guided solution allows companies operating in Japan to run a stress check survey as mandated by the Japanese government. The solution contains a stress check survey, an individual report, and a dashboard for managers and admins to view aggregate scores.
- Custom Fields: You can now add text entry custom fields in Frontline Feedback.
- Loading Historical Data to XM Directory Respondent Funnel: You can now load historical data into the XM Directory Respondent Funnel, allowing you to report on data from previous distributions from before the Respondent Funnel was enabled.
- Segment Templates: You can now select from four templates when creating a segment in XM Directories. Each template represents a common segmentation group that could translate into valuable insights.
- Segment Trends: Directory segments now include a trend chart to display and easily identify membership trends including new contacts and lost subscribers over time.
