1. Custom Ticket Statuses: Feature completely revamped & live to all relevant customers. 2. Generating a HAR file: New SSO troubleshooting page! 3. Recorded Responses: General rewrites and clarifications; better screenshots; new section on what constitutes a recorded response; instructions on deleting one (1) response. 4. Import & Export Surveys: Better intro, split import instructions, re-ordered and renamed sections for clarification, changed FAQs, added better warnings.
