CX Dashboards

• Benchmark Editor (CX): The XMI Consumer Ratings - Overall benchmark for CX dashboards has been refreshed with data for 2023.

CX & EX Dashboards

• Benchmark Editor (EX & CX): The data used to determine NPS benchmarks has been refreshed and updated for 2023. 

• Studio in Qualtrics Dashboards: Combine the powerful reporting and analytical capabilities of the XM Discover and Qualtrics platforms by embedding a Studio dashboard in a Qualtrics dashboard. Compatible with EX and CX dashboards.

Online Reviews

• Connecting to Google Places: Now you can use Reputation Management projects to connect to your Google Business account faster and easier than before.
• Search the Web for Reviews: Now Reputation Management projects can search the web for reviews of your business. You don’t even need login credentials for any of these review sites to do this!

Stats iQ

• R Code Templates for Stats iQ: When using R Coding in Stats iQ, you can select from multiple analysis templates to make using R easier and more efficient.

Ticketing

• Ticket Workflows: You can now skip Saturdays and Sundays when calculating length of time in ticket workflows.

• Ticket Reporting Data: Two new metadata fields have been added to ticket reporting: Activity and Comments.

XM Directory

• XM Directory Manual Import Updates: The user interface for manually importing contacts to XM Directory has been updated. The new manual import experience is WCAG 2.0 accessibility compliant.

Lifecycle

• Emails (Lifecycle): The interface for sending email messages in Lifecycle projects has been updated with several notable improvements. You can now send emails to a participant’s personal email address and you can include an inline email question in your email. You can still schedule single and recurring project invites and reminders. Please note that this feature replaces Lifecycle Message Automations. 

Weekly Features - Starting On & After September 27, 2023

Text iQ

• Additional Enrichments in Text iQ: Advanced Text iQ now includes additional text analysis dimensions by default. Qualtrics has built cross-lingual machine learning models that assign categories to each text response for the following dimensions: actionability, effort, emotion, and emotional intensity.

Workflows

• Merge Task: Combine data from multiple datasets into one merged dataset. This gives users the ability to view data from multiple sources in one convenient place and build dashboards and analyze results across surveys.
• Subscription Changes within Experience ID Change Event: You can now configure the Experience ID Change event to trigger tasks as a result of subscription changes in your directory or mailing lists.

   

Monthly Features - Starting On October 18, 2023

EX

• Enhanced Anonymity for Data Fields: This update introduces a simplified way to configure enhanced anonymity, including adding a new option to hide data points below the response threshold, improved terminology of anonymity field types, and improved logic when displaying sensitive data fields in widgets with other fields. This update will not change any dashboard data, however it may change the data groupings you see crossing multiple fields in widgets. The support site content for this feature will be published on October 4.

Ticketing

• Add Attachments to Tickets: Ticket owners, users with edit access, and brand administrators are able to upload up to 10 files into tickets. This feature is only available in the new ticket owner experience. 
• Ticket Filters: If you leave the follow-up page, the filters applied to that page will save and be automatically enabled when you return. This feature is only available in the new ticket owner experience.

XM Solutions

• Audience Management Updates: Audience Management now includes a Panelist App, a centralized landing page where panelists can view all studies available to them. Brand Admins can customize this app and add individual surveys to it. The support site content for this feature will be published on October 4.
