I don’t know to which extent you need the information to carry through, but you might want to check out the Longitudinal Survey setup and see if that would be a fit (Read about it here: https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/common-use-cases-rc/pulling-data-into-a-second-survey-longitudinal-surveys/ ).
I have used this to have information flow between two different departments collaborating on something, only to end up in one single, final space at the end.
