About Redirect link setting in Survey Flow

Hello community,I have a question regarding this API which we use to change our redirection link of survey (PUT - https://env.qualtrics.com/API/v3/survey-definitions/survey_id/flow).I have created some surveys for survey platform integration purpose in back-end side. But there are some situations in which we have to follow some certain activities to change the redirect URL.After creating the End survey block for redirection url setting in survey flow and changing it with API, now we can see the customized redirection URL. It will show the changed redirect URL in Qualtrics Survey Flow setting (End of the survey block ) but when we try to fill survey it won't redirect us to our custom redirect URL. So first we have to open the Survey flow setting and then we have to open the End Survey block and we must have to click on "ok" button in customization  after that we must have to click on "Save flow" button. Then we have to publish the survey then and then our survey redirect_url will change. Is there any different method to change the value of RedirectURL attribute after changing the redirect link with the help of API then manually saving the survey flow and publishing survey. I am looking for the automation procedure that with the help of that process i can change the redirection link of survey and we don't have to manually save the survey flow and publish survey after changing the redirect link with API.Thank you.
