There should be an API call to get the current list of user permissions for a particular survey. There already is a POST request to update permissions.

It should return the sharesurveybody object in the response. The documentation is also missing "useReferenceBlocks": false, under the "surveyDefinitionManipulation" field.

I completely agree with this thought. We have to share a survey (collaborate) survey and 'Permissions' is a mandatory field in the request body. How can one find the existing permissions on a survey?
I'm surprised this hasn't been implemented yet. Seems like an obvious need.
Hi jhequaltrics, samly, & amitpuranik! If you have not yet already, we’d recommend posting this in our Product Ideas category, as it is a feature not already developed by our team. If you’re not sure how to post your idea, check out our Ideation Guidelines and our Policy & Procedures.
https://community.qualtrics.com/XMcommunity/discussion/comment/30546#Comment_30546AmaraW this isn't a product idea, but instead lack of documentation. To be more precise, documentation that was available earlier, but is now, for some reason, not accessible.
What to do in such a case?
