We have attempted to pull the follow-up details we populate into tickets using an API but have discovered we can only pull information that is pointless. To save time in our operation we want to pull any information we enter into a ticket to be pulled by an API so we can automatically update the contact event in our CRM. Currently, our staff has to copy and paste the information which is a waste of time and is frustrating for the. it also opens up the human error of forgetting to do it.
We just want to be able to pull all the details entered into a ticket, via API, and auto add to the CRM.

And you say you can only pull "pointless data", what call are you using and what fields are you getting back?
