My company uses Jive https://www.jivesoftware.com/ as an internal social media tool. I’d like to automatically publish customer comments from Qualtrics to Jive in a group. Does anyone know how to do this? Thank you.

I’m not familiar with that platform, but sometimes if you reach out to your account manager or CSM at external solutions like Jive, they may be able to assist you on additional information/instructions for API integrations.

@Iolanda Use the API Task in qualtrics to set-up an automated task that do what you want.
