Copy from template or other survey

Hi,
I am a little lost but i cannot find a way to create a survey copying from a template/other survey.
In addition I will need to update some questions and add more.
Is it possible?

    To create a copy of a existing survey, follow the steps here

    Yes!
    Click on the Action tab to get the copy project option:

    So I undesrtand that I need to follow the steps

    1. Get Survey Definition 

    2. Using the definition create a new survey

    Right?
    So there is not a way to create directly copying from other survey right? I need 2 steps
