Creating personal links for Marketo list using API

Dear community,
I'm currently working on the standard integration between Marketo and Qualtrics to synchronize personal links from Qualtrics to Marketo. This implementation is working correctly and I can sync the survey links to Marketo (following this documention).
But, this link sync can only be triggered manually from the Distribution tab of the survey. The Qualtrics Support Team also confirmed that the generation of personal links can be automated to run with a scheduler (e.g. once a day).
Therefore, I would like to automate this using the Qualtrics API. I don't have much experience with the Qualtrics APIs.
That's why I would like to ask, if we have APIs to create personal links that would allow me to add the needed configuration, such as "Marketo list", "Marketo lead field", embedded data, etc.
