My team are creating a memory test for elder people, and we want to send the result (total score and time) to our participant via SMS message. Most of our target users (elder people in Hong Kong) do not have email account, so we hope the survey can trigger a custom message and send to our users based on their mobile phone number after they completed the survey (the survey has a section to collect and set their mobile no. as embedded data). Is there any way or API can do this? Please help us. 🙇♀️

I'm surprised that Qualtrics doesn't have this by default. Creating your own version will require interfacing with multiple APIs. Here's a demo that I created to send an SMS after a response has been captured.Please send me a PM if you are interested in getting something like this developed.
