GET endpoint to read Triggers/Actions

I searched for, but did not find, a way to query the actions associated with a survey.
The use case I need to support is.
As a QA engineer, in order to validate a set of surveys are configured with correct values for:
* sso
* embedded data
* actions
We have been successful addressing sso and embedded data but have been unable to locate an endpoint in the api to retrieve actions.
We have noticed the qualtrics UI calls
/triggers/context//outcomes?logicV2&all&contextType=survey
with a cookie.
Is it possible to achieve this from the REST API?
