Dear all,
I have a very large number of pictures, divided into different folders in the "Graphics" part of the Qualtrics Library.
To use those in a Survey, I need the link of each one of them. To my understanding, it is possible to reconstruct the link concatenating "some link string" + "ID" where ID is the ID Qualtrics assigns to the picture.
As the number of pictures is extremely large, and they are (for other purposes) in different folders (that is, I could not just copy-paste this info from my account settings once), is there an API command to get the list of IDs from a specific folder?
Thanks a lot for your help!
Andrea
I guess there is no get graphics IDs kind of API. Other method, which is manual but quick is you can bulk copy both image name and image id of one folder from Qualtrics ID tab and paste it in excel sheet, which will result in two columns and then you can easily generate the link.
Thanks for your answer rondev! I was aware of this trick but wanted to understand whether some get function had been developed yet. Apparently, that's not the case.

As far as I can tell, I can't really see how the image name and image ID link to the image URL as of June 2022, see question here: https://community.qualtrics.com/XMcommunity/discussion/21093/download-all-image-urls-from-graphics-library-folder-at-once#latest
Nevermind! It does work, I just had to follow these instructions: https://community.qualtrics.com/XMcommunity/discussion/11360/how-to-get-multiple-images-url-in-the-library-without-clicking-in-each-image-individually
