I am embedding qualtrics survey in a website using iframe. When the survey is completed by the user, I want to initiate another action in the website.
Which API and fields can we use to know that the survey has been completed? Can we send a trigger from Qualtrics survey to the website to know that the survey has been ended?

You could probably try creating a webhook. That will tell Qualtrics to post the information to an endpoint on your website. Sadly that part isn't my strong point, so you may have to do some extra Googling.
