I am working on a Qualtrics project to study how participants use cost information to improve pricing decisions. I want to display the following table:

When participants update the price for division A and B, the numbers of each cell in this table are updated automatically. It is really appreciated if anybody could share ideas how I can make it in Qualtrics. Thank you very much.
