How do I un-mute embedded TikTok videos and how do I prevent any related content from being shown.

This is the embedded link that I am working with. I’m not sure how to automatically unmute the video and prevent related content from being shown.

@Sydney2002 Many platforms, including TikTok, limit autoplay with sound to prevent the video from intrusively disrupt the user. Also other embeded option are limited.
But you can download the video and host it on your own. Now you will have full control
