How do we delete specific email from Qualtrics panel?

After GDPR kicked in we have been receiving requests from our customers for their data to be deleted from our systems. One of the challenges we have is deleting/anatomising the data in Qualtrics panel. Currently this is done manually but we want to automate the process. Is there an API that we can set up to automate the process? Please keep in mind that we do not use Qualtrics Mailer or Customer Audience management. Instead we use APIs to create customer panels, create survey links and export mailing lists files.

If you want to automate the process, then you need to write the schedule running API at your end to do this. Qualtrics API Resource
