I was asked to do some research for the integration with Qualtrics. I have registered a free-account without the API feature. I was told that I can contact to the Brand Administrator to help me enable the API feature, but I can not find the BA contact info on the page. So, could someone help me to solve this question ? Thank you.

If you registered yourself, you are your own Brand Administrator. That's the name Qualtrics gives for the Point of Contact at each organization. As far as the API goes, It's a paid addition. You can contact sales to find out how much it would cost.
