I need to run a survey, in which, I need only one response from one person. once this question I answered, I don't want others to answer it as well. In other words, I want to allow maximum 1 answers from a question throughout the whole survey.
For example, if Question#1 is answered by John, Q1 should not appear to Tom (or anyone else).
Is it possible to do this on Qualtrics?
I would really appreciate it if you could help me.

+27https://community.qualtrics.com/XMcommunity/discussion/comment/52100#Comment_52100The caveat with quotas is that they don't increment until a respondent finishes the survey. So, if another respondent starts the survey while the first respondent is still taking it, they would see the question.
You could reduce this risk by putting the one question in a survey by itself and redirecting to another survey with the rest of the questions:
- If the quota (1) has not been met (i.e., the first person), display the question then redirect to the survey with the rest of the questions
- If the quota has been met, screen-out and redirect to the survey with the rest of the questions
