Hi, every time I try to insert code into the JavaScript, nothing shows up on the preview. What do I need to do so that the code works?

If you have not yet already, I’d recommend reaching out to the Support team with this question, as they are best equipped to help answer questions about your account permissions and provide support! Individuals using trial accounts do not have the ability to add code to their surveys, which may be the issue here. :)

      ChristianB The Support team said they do not help with JavaScript and to ask the Community, but I am okay now. I found an alternative to what I was trying to do.
