Have searched but can't find any substantive answers.
What are best practices for inserting an inline question using API for contacts/triggers and a workflow?
Trying to implement these to boost our response rates, but now I'm running into other issues of respondents not seeing other questions, and from what I can find, if they use outlook the response doesn't carry over. Received this advice from a multitude of people, and now finding there isn't a "simple" solution to just make these changes with our current setup.
