Is it possible to use piped text in the Web Service body parameter?

I'm trying to create a mailing list and I wanted the name to be random, maybe a combination of the date the survey was taken + some random numbers to give it a unique name, hence the "RNDM" piped text. It doesn't work though. Is there a proper syntax for using piped text?

Yes, you can and your format is correct. However, the embedded data won't be resolved when you click Test (it will be sent as the string ${e://Field/RNDM}).
